Advanced Gardena Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor based in Gardena, CA. We provide residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services.
All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed contractors. The scope of any specific project is defined in the written estimate or work agreement provided before work begins.
Estimates provided by Advanced Gardena Insulation are based on information available at the time of the on-site inspection. All estimates are provided in writing before any work begins. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed to the scope of work in writing.
Prices in an estimate are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. If conditions at the job site differ materially from what was observed during the initial inspection - such as the discovery of hidden damage, pest contamination, or structural issues - we will notify you before proceeding and provide an updated estimate for your approval.
We do not charge for on-site estimates unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Job dates and times are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee, as specified in your work agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the earliest available alternative date.
Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or work agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in full is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins, as outlined in the work agreement.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the work agreement.
All fees, taxes, and charges applicable to your project will be disclosed in the written estimate before work begins.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms applicable to a specific project will be stated in writing in your work agreement or completion documentation. Warranty coverage is limited to workmanship defects and does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, acts of nature, or conditions that existed prior to our work.
Manufacturer warranties on insulation materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Gardena Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We prefer to resolve any disputes informally and in good faith. If you have a concern about our work or a charge, please contact us first at quotes@gardenainsulationcompany.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Gardena, California, in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, except where prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
